A service call was received while the engineer of the building was out of town. The engineer instructed Porta-Air where to pick up the key to access the mechanical room to install Rental HVAC equipment. The portable equipment was interfaced with the air handler in the mechanical room. The setup included pulling the return from the air handler, cooling the warm air through the portable air-cooled AC, and dumping the cool, conditioned air back into the positive side of the fan. The warm air from the portable, self-contained AC rental was discharged through an opening in the roof.
