In May of 2021, a medical equipment renovation company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, called Porta-Air requesting Portable Cooling Rental Equipment for worker comfort in their manufacturing area. Temperatures during the summer months were unbearable due to the lack of ventilation.

In June 2021, in downtown Chicago, a bad storm knocked down a building which fell on an adjacent building, which thankfully was not occupied by workers at the time. As depicted, extensive damage was sustained. Workers were relocated to a warehouse building for the remainder of the summer months while restoration took place.
