Porta-Air, Inc. carries water extraction devices. Water extraction is the first phase before the treatment and drying process takes place. Every grain of moisture/lb. of dry air removed from sponge absorbing materials, such as carpet or padding, accelerate the drying process. A combination of the water extractor and high-powered vacuum are ideal to get the job done easily and quickly. Either use the water extractor and high-powered vacuum together for padding or carpet or remove the vacuum to address the cracks and crannies of hard-to-reach areas. Vacuums are compact, lightweight, and ideal for restoration jobs.
