A physical therapy facility was experiencing large amounts of moisture on their floor mats and were concerned about the safety of the patients during physical therapy. When we arrived for the spec-out, it was evident that the mats had moisture on them, making them extremely slippery. Our solution was to provide temporary cooling rental equipment to dry out the ambient air, minimizing the moisture in the air to condensate and build-up on the floor mats. Once the customer approved our proposal, we installed Movincool equipment with condensate pumps. The condensate pump lines were routed overhead to a drain in the restrooms.
