When the permanent cooling system failed in the restaurant area at North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor, it left the customer with little choice but to install a 1.5-ton water cooled chiller unit. The OWC1811, having a bookcase configuration, was easily tucked under the stool countertop, out of the way of customer traffic.
