During temperature fluctuations of the Fall season in Northwest Indiana, a permanent rooftop unit failed on the third floor of a tenant space in Hammond, Indiana. Initially, the client requested temporary air conditioning since the outdoor temperature on that specific day was unseasonably warm. After asking some questions, we concluded that the permanent rooftop unit generated both heating and cooling into the space of the tenant.
